Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times for UK standard delivery are 2–4 working days. Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the courier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors beyond our control.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ferryhomleyuk.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
